My ha’penny worth – both good covers, but the second one on the right ties in more with the ‘End of Pier’ than does the other. In fact, you might consider having the toning match?

I have the mindset of wanting it to be fairly close to the first book, which has a good cover. Therefore, the builiding shading is in the right direction but needs to be bolder like the clock, and the square edges should be fuzzed to match, too.
